Shipping Policy

All deliveries take a standard 2-5 working days.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when you are placing your order, as we will not be responsible for replacing or refunding orders that have been lost in the post due to incorrect address, if your order is returned back to us, you will be responsible of paying the postage to be shipped out to you again.

Please bare in mind it takes us 1-2 working days to process your order. We will then start the packaging and delivery process.

Refund or Return Policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges once the item is opened and used.

It is also your duty to  consult with your doctor before using any of our products. If you have any skin allergies please consult with your doctor before using any of our product, as many of the ingredients in our product you may no have use it before.

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect/damaged item, we will gladly replace & refund the item. This must be notified within 7 day through our email and contact. ( mtriplekglow@gmail.com )

In the email please include :-

– Your full name, order name as well as a screenshot of your order summary.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will  you that we have received your returned item.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first please double check your bank account. Then check your card company, as some accounts take longer to process than others. if you have done all the checks, and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the email on the website.
